She is an assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and teaches in the area of aging and international health. Of course, this would not be an Agatha Raisin book, if there were not a new man on the scene towards whom Agatha Raisin could direct her romantic attentions. Its very useable for therapists as well in practice with clients. Hamilton needed a good agent that could tell her she was ruining her entire body of work but doesn't seem to have one. I honestly have no idea who I'd communicate with or how I'd handle that situation, though I think it would involve lots of ice cream, alcohol, tears, and anger. In The Encore, Beka knows in her heart she needs to decide about her relationships with two boys.
