It is nice to have a history account written closer to the origins of our nation, the United States, than one seen through the myopic and self satisfied lens of late twentieth/early twenty-first century perception, having decided to embrace that the United States came to be, and expanded, by destroying cultures and civilizations and just behaved in a thoroughly reprehensible way. I read this book after reading the first two books in the series and loved it. Each is taken over by the demons of the 7 deadly sins (yeah, Power-Girl is Lust - she gives tongue to Superman - not exciting, LOL) and really beat the crap out of the other members. - VEGGIE-FRIENDLY: This isn't a book for vegans, but vegetarians will love it.

So, methodologically, the book fall shorts. We are (for the most part) men who sit around and watch other men run and leap and sweat and grapple each other. The fitness background information in this book is well organized and presented. Early readers will be taken on a colorful journey through the year in this simple yet captivating text about the colors of our favorite holidays. Most of these lectures are based on quotations from the Vivekachudamani and the Bhagavad Gita. I hope there is more to come. I'm no international conflict expert, but it seems to me that unless a lot of people read this book and take action based upon that reading, we might be in for a lot more disappearances. I desire to read the scriptures again. Her first two cookbooks, with co-author Brittany Angell, take the mystery out of gluten free baking.
